Access to downtown’s nightlife, walking to all the great hotspots along Ingersoll or going over to Gateway Market to gather up their groceries for the week …are all reasons why Midtown is such a great place to live.
And now we have another reason why Midtown is so great! WE ARE PUTTING IN A PRIVATE COURTYARD! It is just awesome. You will notice the fence being built in the next few days. Once it is done feel free to grab a glass of lemonade, put down a blanket and have a picnic with the view of Des Moines downtown skyline. The courtyard is there for you to enjoy so please GO ENJOY IT and tell your friends to come on out to Midtown Heights. Becky and I would love to show them around!
